READING RALLY 2025
A longstanding school tradition, the Reading Rally is the largest fundraiser for the Providence Scholarship Fund, providing tuition assistance so that more like-hearted families may be part of the School. Students in Classes One through Eight participate. Below are some important dates and documents to help you and your children have a fun and successful Reading Rally.

- Collect Pledges: January 10 - February 9
- Pledges Due: February 21
- Log Reading Rally minutes: January 16 at 6:30 a.m. until February 21 at 10:00 p.m.

- Theme: Brilliant Biographies—books that celebrate the life of famous Americans, heroes of the faith, heroes of history, and more
- Participation:
- Required for all students in Classes 1-6
- Strongly encouraged for Classes 7 and 8.

SPIRIT DAY APPAREL GUIDELINES
Boys
- Pants: denim jeans or khaki pants no frayed, ripped, torn, patched, or sagging pants—no sweat pants
- Shorts: walking/cargo shorts; no athletic shorts
- Shirts: Providence or solid-colored polo or T-shirt in Providence colors
- Shoes: closed-toe and closed-heel footwear (for P.E., bring or wear lace-up tennis shoes with no black-marking soles). No caps or hats
- Regular school uniform, if desired
Girls
- Pants: solid-colored denim jeans or skinny jeans with a long, un-tucked shirt which covers the buttocks; no leggings or jeggings allowed. No frayed, ripped, torn, patched, or sagging jeans allowed
- Shorts: “fingertip length” shorts (no athletic shorts)
- Shirts: Providence or solid-colored polo or T-shirt in Providence colors
- Shoes: closed-toe and closed-heel footwear—for P.E., wear lace-up tennis shoes with no black-marking soles
- No caps or hats
- Regular school uniform, if desired
HOMEWORK CLUB REGISTRATION

- Ages served: Classes One through Eight
- Schedule: Mondays through Thursdays from 2:40 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. (3:45 p.m. dismissal for siblings of boys in football)
- To register:
- Venmo $10 to Julie Conatser (@Julie-Conatser) no later than 1:00 p.m. on the date you would like your child to attend Homework Club.
- Email Julie Conatser to confirm your child’s attendance.
- The Venmo payment must be received for your child to be added to the list.
