David will dispel some of the most common parenting myths and remind parents of the truths that can encourage them as they discipline, disciple, and encourage their children.

How do we protect our children from abuse both online and as they engage in their daily activities in the community? How can we best communicate with children about safety as they interact with others online and in everyday life? Speaking from her experience as a prosecutor and a respected child safety advocate, Rahel Bayar will discuss:
- Talking to children about safety and protection at each stage of development
- Implementing a plan for online safety
- Setting expectations and normalizing conversations about safety for playdates, social events, and other gatherings
