Call the admission office to schedule a tour, classroom visit, and to talk to our director of admission. If you reside outside of the Dallas area and are unable to visit the School, please call the admission office and we will do our best to arrange another opportunity for you to visit the school. Campus visits, including classroom visits, are scheduled by Pam Floyd, 469-341-4031.
Return the completed application with the $150 application fee by the deadline stated in the application. The application is not considered complete, and the interview will not be scheduled, without the fee, picture, birth certificate, and signature form for the Statement of Faith, Mission, and Core Values.
Visit the campus for student observation in February (Enrichment II and III only). The admission office will inform you of the details of this day.
Schedule parent interview. After receiving your application, the admission office will contact you to schedule the interview. Children do not attend the interview.
Admission letters are mailed in mid-March. All applications received by the deadline will be considered for openings at that time.
Late admission—Applications received after the deadline will be considered on a rolling basis.
Parents of all newly enrolled students will attend the New Parent Orientation in May.

Give the teacher evaluation to your child’s current teacher with the return envelope addressed to the admission office and ask the teacher to complete it and return it promptly. Please respect the confidentiality of this form.

Students applying to grades five through eight must register online at www.erbtest.org. (Or call 1-800-446-0320) to take the ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam). The scores will be mailed to the schools of your choice. The School must have these scores by March 1, 2010.
